Job Description

• Design and execute annual campus recruitment plans, including university partnerships, job fairs, and assessment centers.

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and internal stakeholders.

• Develop innovative employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s appeal among graduates.

• Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) and optimize processes for efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, with a focus on campus recruitment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle high-volume hiring under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with students and academic institutions.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in early-career talent pipelines.
