The Role

We are looking to add a Senior People Operations Business Partner to join our growing team at Podium. In this role, you will provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues.  You will play an essential role in establishing and driving People Ops programs and initiatives forward, while ensuring they align with business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide clients with expertise in the areas such as feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide new hires with a great onboarding experience that sets them up for success.

What You Should Have

  • 2 or more years of experience operating in a business partner capacity.
  • 5-8 years of experience in People Operations as a generalist or in functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
