A newly created role that provides you with the opportunity to elevate your career in Human Resources in a global HR team that values your analytical prowess and expertise in the Workday HR system. As a pivotal member of the Reward team, you will be instrumental in harnessing data to inform strategic decision-making, optimising HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of the workforce. Your role will involve in-depth analysis of HR metrics, generating insightful reports, and providing recommendations that will shape the company’s strategic planning and decision making.
Summary of our opportunity
The main responsibility for the role is supporting Reward as well as the wider HR function in evolving the our capabilities to deliver data driven insights. The successful individual should be ready to hit the ground running and will use their experience to confidently execute and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Reward
Preparation of annual benchmarking submissions
Analysing benchmarking data as necessary
Ensuring accuracy and validity of reward data
Support redesign of the end-to-end compensation review process which will include working with Finance on salary budgets and bonus accruals and the preparation and management of the compensation review files and management information, tracking changes, version control and producing departments cuts as needed
Supporting payroll in processing the salary/ bonus /deferral payments and letters
Creating and maintaining data and calculation templates for tax and global mobility
Supporting with the preparation of governance papers for RemCo and Board as required
HR Analytics and Insights
Create data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making within the Human Capital domain.
Design and run regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of our Reward programs.
Collaborate with Finance to enhance workforce planning processes
Creating and updating dashboards to support the HR Teams people reporting, and to respond to our business needs.
Identifying process and workflow improvements to the HR systems.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
You will have demonstrable experience of:
Essential
Experience in HR Reporting & Analytics,
Proficiency in data manipulation, modelling, and interpretation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of Workday and PowerBI
Advanced Excel skills
Desirable
Degree in analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Operations Research)
Experience with Alteryx or similar tools
Experience in designing scalable data and visualisation solutions
