Core Responsibilities:

• Month end close, blackline
• Compliance control
• Order and contract maintenance (changes to prices, users, data period etc.)
• Billing
• Revenue recognition
• Process accruals and other templates such as revenue/product/client transfers
• Upload information to Blackline
• Preparation of required docs for month end close for local finance teams
• Attendance of internal training sessions
• Organization of monthly calls with local office
• Maintain country specific documentation needed for processing and keep them updated
• Preparation of samples for SOX audits
 

Required skills/Characteristics:
• Commercial studies/school or commercial apprenticeship
• 1-year experience in finance, administrative, or customer support
• Tool knowledge – SAP, PeopleSoft Finance, Oracle – nice to have
• Fluent in English (oral and written) is a MUST
• Fluent knowledge of German OR French OR Italian OR Spanish is an asset
• Good team player

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €18,900.00 - €28,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
