Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
Manage AR statement, Sales Invoice and Credit control process
Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions for internal audit and regulatory issues.
Support annual statutory audit and stock count
Handle independently compliance of Taiwan local tax related requirements, including Transfer Price adjustments and documentation, VAT filing, tax authority inquiries, etc.
Indirect procurement and High Risk Payment process
Execute the controls on Indirect Channel Management discount process
Margin analysis of deals + masterdata pricing set up
Manage local bank statements and finance system support
SOX Narratives & Control Matrix, walkthrough testing
SOD, SGRT and Self Assessment
Master Data maintenance
Any other adhoc duties
Who We Are Looking For :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
3 to 5 years of commercial accounting experience in MNCs
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Meticulous and detail oriented
Proven ability and keen interest to resolve problems independently
Good analytical skills, able to identify gaps in existing processes and propose ways to improve
