The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors at the training center. This role is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by providing information, coordinating logistics, supporting training center operations, and performing reception-related activities.
The successful candidate will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and guests.
- Provide accurate information regarding training schedules, processes, logistics, and general inquiries.
- Support daily training center operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate customer-facing services to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Manage reception responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer service standards are consistently met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational, technical, or post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative support, reception, hospitality, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with standard business software and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in routine situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting training center, hospitality, aviation, education, or service-oriented environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling, visitor management, or customer relationship management systems.
- Experience coordinating logistics and customer support activities.
