You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.

How you will contribute

You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

Experiencia:

• Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo de 6 a 7 años de experiencia progresiva en roles de adquisiciones o compras, con un historial probado de éxito.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la compra y gestión de proyectos de CAPEX.
  • Habilidad probada en negociación de contratos complejos y de alto valor.
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión estratégica de proveedores.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en programas de inversión de capital (capital programs).
• Habilidades de Ingeniería: Capacidad para entender especificaciones técnicas, interactuar eficazmente con equipos de ingeniería y evaluar propuestas técnicas.

• Manejo de Herramientas: Experiencia con sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle u otros) y herramientas de e-procurement es deseable.

Formación Académica: Preferentemente, título universitario en Ingeniería (industrial, mecánica, eléctrica u otra disciplina relevante), Administración de Empresas, Cadena de Suministro o campo relacionado.
