Job Summary:

The Data Collection & Reporting Coordinator provides data coordination, data analysis and program evaluation for grant and contract projects. This is a position that does the important mission work for the organization. This coordinator will offer consultation and direction on a daily basis and in support of the Program Manager. This role is part of a 3-year grant and will work with other community partners involved in the Connecting Forward grant.

Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Prepares data for data analysis by preparing data, combining data from multiple sources and ensuring the final product is accurate and in an easy to understand format.
  • Need to maintain confidentiality and secure records are safeguarded.
  • Analyze, evaluate and present data to leaders in the department to assist them in making decisions.
  • Prepare evaluations, reports, and manage other projects to support TANF Grant partners.
  • Compiles and coordinates data for clinical database and other data sets.
  • Provides recommendations for data collection and development of evaluation plans.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients of Goodwill and community partners.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings and projects that relate to the program.
  • Author and publish documents, reports, and resources for the grant program.
  • Be knowledgeable of and comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by management or that specifically relate to the TANF grant.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills

Education

  • High School Degree or GED Equivalent is required.

Experience

  • Two (2) years of data collection experience is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Able to deal with all situations calmly and positively.
  • Able to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Able to learn new processes quickly and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to be able to comunicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
  • Strong customer service, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and must be able to pay attention to detail.
