As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
As a Workday Reporting Lead, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Conduct sessions with clients to analyze by supporting requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for clients.
Become a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, Prism, and future product direction.
Become a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.
Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure).
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday report design and development.
Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
Configure and test reports in the Workday system.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.

Here’s what you need:
Workday Partner Certification
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
Minimum of 3 year hands-on Workday Reporting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:
4 Full Life-Cycle Workday Data implementations
Experience within Education/Government projec
Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systems
Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
