Description:

The CID Program Management Operations Associate is a key member of the Community Investing and Development (CID) Charitable Contributions team, reporting to the Charitable Contributions/Risk and Control Manager. The CID team works to enhance Citi’s positive social impact through equity investing, innovative financial solutions, and strategic philanthropy. The CID Program Management Operations Associate will provide operational support for the Charitable Contributions Governance, Volunteers and associated risk processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operations and business management team to ensure required tasks, processes and reporting for Charitable Contributions Governance and Volunteers is executed
  • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners in the review and execution of due diligence and approval processes
  • Assist in providing global oversight and coordination in managing Charitable Contributions compliance testing, Manager’s Control Assessment control monitoring & testing activities, collection of key metrics, and data inquiry processes.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing project timelines, milestone tracking, and expected outcomes, and ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Help drive process simplification to increase operational efficiency, reduce process variation, and identify gaps in compliance or controls
  • Support management of workflow application(s) as needed, including tasks such as requirements documentation, solution design, UAT, and user support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to gain a strong command of new systems and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and have a keen ability to prioritize
  • Good customer service skills

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$98,960.00 - $148,440.00
