Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of the business function and help drive efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Contribute to the implementation of activities to improve performance for a specific business function. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Define parts of an organization to optimize performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its functionalities. - Experience in implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization. - Familiarity with Salesforce data management and integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Apex programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - An MBA degree is required.
