We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Sales Specialist/Representative to join our international sales team in the Dealer Management division at our Wiesloch location. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to sell and promote our Prinect software solutions to customers in the Latin American, African, Middle Eastern, and parts of Europe regions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and managing existing customers through the sales process of offer, order, implementation, and after-sales in close cooperation with the dealer network.
• Provide technical and business-related support to Heidelberg sales partners during customer visits on site and remote product presentations.
• Identify and qualify potential dealers and develop the sales network in all technical and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with product management, service, and development teams to provide technical advice on the Prinect product portfolio.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with a strong technical background and experience in the graphic industry.
• Proven experience in sales and/or project implementation in the field of integrated software solutions in the graphic industry.
• Strong customer orientation and a friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and ideally knowledge of other relevant languages in the regions of responsibility.
• High willingness to travel, up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Inter-cultural work experience is advantageous.
