What this opportunity involves:  
If you’re looking to step up your career, JLL is the perfect professional home. We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our Brisbane based team for a leading Independent Australian Law Firm, on behalf of JLL.  
 
Your main objective will be to maintain an outstanding level of service in Facilities support services. You’ll be based on site, it’s the best way to oversee operations within the Service Centre and building to give our client consistent high-level service. 
 

An Overview of Your Role:  

  • To ensure safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times 

  • Demonstrate and instill a culture in the team that match our core behaviors and values of being an Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Versatile, Team Player and valuing the Customer 

  • Focus on service outcomes to ensure Client Satisfaction survey results deliver a positive result for the client and JLL 

  • Conduct regular floor walks throughout the tenancies and address items noted 

  • Maintain database to manage all data required to execute office moves 

  • Coordinate quotes for repairs and maintenance including changing lights, attending to minor repairs and maintenance 

  • Register and escort visitors to the site  

  • Maintain lost and found repository 

  • Maintain the local billing and financial administration processes for managing relations with suppliers

  • Experience in Facilities or administration within a similar corporate high volume environment 

  • A confident, highly presentable individual who demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to customer service 

  • A self-motivated starter who can work independently as well as in a team 

  • Ability to prioritise and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner with conflicting priorities 

  • Competent in Microsoft Office Products
