Business area Mining is a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service, digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.
The Customer Support Rep will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Elko, NV.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Sales & Support Representative is responsible for delivering a high level of service to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders by managing inbound sales inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting Sandvik’s commitment to service excellence.

Location: Elko, NV
Travel Requirements / shift / hours: Generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one week “on call” (work from home) on a rotating basis. This shift is overnight, from home, emergency on-call once every 10 weeks (approximately).
Compensation Range: $65,000.00 annually
