• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects

• Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage

• Strong background or project experience in insurance operations (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, New Business, etc.)

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM I/II)

• Two positions available — candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles (Business Analyst / Functional Consultant)
