Job Title：Sr. Sourcing Engineer

Position Summary:

Sourcing is responsible for creating and managing diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, best cost and competitive advantages that benefit customers, suppliers and patients. The Sr. Sourcing Engineer co-ordinates activities to execute plans by clearly understanding the spend and stakeholder landscape, leveraging market intelligence, industry knowledge and collaboration with different functions. Value and assurance of supply is co-ordinated by working with suppliers to improve quality, service levels, innovation and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop industry insights and market intelligence
• Assist to develop supply strategies and plans that drive significant value and meet the business requirements
• Co-ordination and clear communication with stakeholders, to drive business decisions.
• Co-ordinate and work with suppliers to deliver continuous improvement goals
• Develop technical understanding and communication skills around supplied components

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in electronics or related fields in engineering or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or licensure/certification.
• Familiar with EMS and electro-mechanical component.
• Proven record in delivering multiple Sourcing project, to achieve this, likely they will have worked in Sourcing for 5+ years
• Ability and willingness to travel in region
