As Change Lead, you’ll build and implement premier, people-centered organizational change management capability across BCAA. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of our organizational change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to drive our organization forward. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Change Leadership, this position will strategize, develop, and deliver organizational change tactics including communications, leadership and sponsorship, engagement and training.
Please note that this is a temporary position, until November 2025. It is a hybrid role, based in our Head Office in Burnaby two times per week.

Once here, you will:
Design and implement comprehensive organizational change strategies and plans, conduct change impact assessments, develop communications, create leadership action plans, and measure and assess change readiness.
Collaborate with business leaders to create change action plans that are tailored to meet specific needs of the teams and initiatives.
Apply a structured methodology to lead organizational change activities for a range of initiatives across BCAA
Partner with the Corporate Communications team to develop communications that will create awareness and build commitment amongst impacted personas
Develop, continuously improve, and deliver the Change Leadership Program which aims to enhance internal change management capabilities at BCAA.
What you bring:
Post-secondary diploma or degree, along with a minimum two years of experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
BONUS QUALIFICATION: Change Management (CMP) or PROSCI certification
Deep understanding of BCAA business and processes
Strong analytical abilities for conducting detailed change impact analyses and recommending actions and mitigations
Consistent record in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders.
Experience providing change management advisory and coaching.
Familiarity with creative tools and technologies for communications, engagement, and training such as Camtasia, Powtoon, Canva, etc.
Knowledge of adult principle learning concepts and experience assessing training needs, and developing training plans an asset.
The salary range for this Grade 13 position is $85,536.24 to $106,920.24 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and other BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
