Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and deliver seamless, end-to-end system experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions with an agile development approach.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques within complex system architectures.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple layers of the application stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
