Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Shift Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a team of shift Operators.
What You'll Be Doing:
Be a permanent staff employee and serve as the primary point of contact shift operators
Displaying knowledge and skills to utilize to operate ITS software, web-based and software applications, as well as utility programs to manage and monitor ITS field devices
Leading teams and make sound decisions in a high-paced environment
Delegating tasks amongst shift workers
Conducting incident audits
Leading in coordination efforts with partner agencies
Preparing KPI reports and other report deliverables
Acting as the point of contact for other operational stakeholders
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience
At least 2+ years of recent experience in leading teams
TxDOT TMC Supervisor or Operator experience
Experience making SLA,s, KPIs, and other metrics in a TMC or similar environment
The ability to address conduct and performance issues
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
