The position demands a trusted advisor relationship, where one works directly with clients to gather insights, analyze requirements, and implement best practice business transformations. The role is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of impactful solutions that enhance organizational capabilities and market reputation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative delivery practices that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business process improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders.
- Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
