- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative delivery practices that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into project delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business process improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders.
- Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
