Job Profile Summary:

Responsible for management of assigned customer accounts which includes creating and processing of customer orders, communicating updates and / or issues to the customer when required or as they arise and interface with warehouse personnel to ensure customer priorities are followed and completed on a timely basis.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create sales orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS)  
  • Monitor receipts in WMS to ensure timely completion and accuracy are achieved
  • Monitor inventory in WMS to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Build relationship with warehouse personnel
  • Prepare various operational reports, providing weekly and monthly data on a regular basis, including special reports requested on an ad hoc basis
  • Ensure regular communications, written and verbal, as well as attendance at meetings as directed or requested by customer
  • Data entry
  • Support dock operations; Answer emails, Phone calls, Inbound driver activity, Door assignment, Document management, Cost entry into system

  • Computer literate with proficient use of software and/or computer programs (MS Office)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare written documents and communications to customer and / or leadership team
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
