Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of the 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. It currently has 170 employees, located across all 3 Baltic countries, with the central sales office situated in Riga, Latvia. Samsung being the market leader in consumer electronics, is transforming the world of climate solutions. In cooperation with SEACE we are looking for a Strategic logistics professional and a team player to join our AC SEB Team as Supply Chain Management Specialist (Fixed-term) in Vilnius office. We offer 2600-2800 EUR gross salary and quarterly bonuses (up to 5460-5880 EUR gross).

Role and Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure seamless logistical flow of the Product Category
• Ensure optimized Sell-In structure
• Minimize lost opportunity cost while taking all potential steps to maximize revenue
• Proactively manage distribution inventories, addressing aspects such as forecast accuracy, sales levels and turnaround
• Manage stock level alerts, taking the initiative to drive forward business cases for sale and promotion launches
• Report logistical operational efficiencies, revenue and KPIs on a regular basis
• Communicate Intensively with EHQ
• Effective management and administration of the GSCM system
• Ensure Customer demand fulfilment, Channel and allocation reports and Tender forecast management

Skills and Qualifications

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Experience (1-2y) as supply chain management specialist preferably in an international company
• Understanding of HVAC
• Knowledge in ERP systems (experience with SAPS SD modules and LE module preferable)
• English – advanced level for daily oral and written communication
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in agile and fast pace environment
• Team player with high Self-Motivation
• Analytical – attention to detail and interpret their findings
• Communication – clear and concise
