Overall Purpose

  • Administer contractual workflows
  • Perform necessary data integrity checks
  • Conduct essential research using various internal systems and tracking tools
  • Apply specialized process and system knowledge to proactively identify, assess, and resolve both standard and non-standard contract issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Flexible for mandatory overtime support, including:
    • Weekend support during quarter-end
    • Quarter-End War Room support (remain online until 12am)
    • On-call support for countersignature requirements outside regular shifts

Responsibilities

  • Execute the final review of all agreements to ensure rigorous adherence to internal compliance and legal guidelines.
  • Countersign and fully execute agreements on behalf of the client.
  • Accurately upload all fully executed contracts into online booking systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in proprietary booking systems and quickly master new software platforms.
  • Successfully manage workload independently and in collaborative group settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education and Legal Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in a business or legal-related field, with a solid understanding of contracting concepts and regulations.
  • Analytical and Communication: Highly analytical and detail-oriented; capable of performing meticulous, line-by-line reviews of contractual documents. Possesses strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, including fluent English proficiency, to ensure accuracy and clarity in agreements.
  • Technical and Administrative: Strong computer and software abilities. Able to draft simple integrity checks following prescribed templates and guidelines. Efficient at managing time to handle time-sensitive contracts and deals.
  • Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision. Excel at building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external contacts. Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in Contract Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Experience with Process Improvement and Customer Service
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Sheets
  • Familiarity with basic programming skills
