二、任职资格
教育程度:大学本科及以上学历,英语四级及以上,机械设备电气维修等专业
工作经验:机械制造或加工行业电气维护相关工作3年及以上经验
专业技能要求:熟悉并熟练运用设备电气相关方面专业知识,了解本企业工艺流程等
能力要求:能够处理发生的设备电气故障,能够阅读简单的英文电气说明书,熟悉计算机操作,具备较好沟通与协调能力,较强的团队协作能力,较好的分析与解决问题能力。
其他特殊要求:无
*如有相关工作经验5年或者表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽
四、主要岗位职责
.健全设备管理体系、EHS体系 执行设备各项管理制度 执行EHS管理制度 .生产设备维修/维护 参与编制设备维护保养指导书 对设备进行现场及时维修 对设备提出改造方案与计划 指导并执行设备机电气修保养与维修计划 参与事故的调查及事故的整改执行
3.动力系统维护
参与制定动力系统的维护管理办法. 参与动力系统的维护工作.
4.基础设施维护
参与制定基础设施的维护管理办法. 参与基础设施的日常检查.
5.技改项目管理
进行设备技改的机械审查/设计工作. 参与技改的RECAP 对技术改造进行电气技术指导. 参与设备前期与验收电气方面的审查工作. 参与设备的各项数据分析.
6.EHS管理
参与安全与环境管理制度的制定. 参与CCAR的整改. 参与编制POR汇报材料.
7.技术标准的建立
编制设备操作指导书、检查标准、维护保养可视化文件、设备维修计划并指导执行; 收集设备数据,进行设备故障率、OEE、运行成本、FEMA 分析,EWO分析,负责设备CCAR更新; 收集设备维护保养数据,对数据分析,制定改进方案,持续改进降低生产风险,跟踪改进措施的实施情况。 支持WCM体系改善工作
8.遵守与执行体系要求
遵循国家和政府有关劳动、人事、教育培训、档案、企业标准、公司法、民事诉讼、交通、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 负责本业务范围的环境、职业健康安全管理工作 认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。 严格执行安全环境管理制度,安全操作规程,遵章守纪,防止发生事故。 主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改 积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议
