Corporate Paralegal

The Opportunity

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage contractor and engineer licensing across all U.S. states
• Draft and maintain corporate documents, including Board resolutions
• Oversee company registrations and coordinate annual reporting
• Serve as a superuser of legal tech tools and platforms
• Collaborate with vendors to optimize legal service delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
• Build strong relationships across departments and with external stakeholders
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified Paralegal status required
• Notary public or ability to become one required
• Completion of an ABA-approved post-baccalaureate paralegal program preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI
• Experience with legal tech tools (e.g., ELM, Salesforce, CLM/CMS, Wolters Kluwer software)
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
