IFM COE Operations & Compliance Program Manager - JLL

What this job involves -The IFM Center Of Excellence plays a crucial role in overseeing the seamless operations of our facilities. As an integral part of the COE team, this Program Manager has oversight of various FM field support programs related to third party contract action requests, site decommissioning, and FM asset management.  The role collaborates with a team of talented professionals in FM, Sourcing, and Vendor Management; seeks innovation and efficiency; and ensures delivery of the highest standards of service.  Exceptional communication skills, the ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks and effectively manage through stressful situations are crucial to success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage program to support one-off third-party supplier contract changes due to changes in scope, supplier or location status

  • Partner with Sourcing and Vendor Management to ensure requests have proper data for scope, pricing, scheduling nomenclature, and other ad-hoc issues

  • Monitor and ensure timely cancelation of active schedules at disposed properties

  • Partner with Vendor Management and FM field teams on gathering of asset data not supported by Engineering for input and maintenance within necessary tools

  • Support the development and implementation of new tools to enhance service delivery and address ad hoc client requests

  • Establish effective communication channels with field teams, promoting a customer-centric approach

  • Analyze process failures for root causes and identify, implement, and document corrective actions

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively contributing to the development of best practices, process re-engineering, and other initiatives aimed at improving service delivery

  • Manage ongoing updates to playbooks, control plans and process maps to match current state processes

  • Develop and implement ongoing training to the FM field teams for supported programs

  • Assist in conducting audits and tracking audit finding remediation

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience collaborating and working in concert with multiple functions and businesses to achieve outstanding results.

  • Strong analytical skills for structured problem-solving, planning, and root cause analysis

  • A penchant for building repeatable processes and programs that surpass internal and external customer expectations

  • Strategic use of business intelligence, data, reporting, and analytics to drive operational efficiency

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Highly innovative, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and proactive in taking on new projects.

  • Exceptional team player, capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third party supplier contracts, work order processing or CMMS, and SharePoint Trackers a plus

Estimated compensation for this position:

93,500.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
