Retail Account Officer
Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned leads while adhering to sales standards and procedures.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and objectives to meet assigned targets.
• Submit regular sales reports and gather client feedback.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and leads to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.
• Support the resolution of any issues that arise within the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales-related positions.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in utilizing data and sales tools.
• Highly creative, innovative, and adaptable.
• Customer-centric mindset with an ability to understand customer needs and expectations.
• A team player with the capability to lead, motivate, and inspire co-workers and other stakeholders.
