Job responsibilities:

1. Operation and maintenance of optical fiber welding machine, laser cutting machine and dispensing machine equipment;

2. Responsible for the production of optical module assembly process documents (IC and MI files);

3. Optical module assembly process (efficiency/quality) improvement;

4. Conducted FA defect analysis for defective products and proposed improvement plans;

5. Train technicians and technical workers;

6. Other work arranged by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics, optoelectronics, materials, Mechatronics and related majors;

2.2 years of experience in process and process maintenance, strong hands-on ability;

3. Familiar with SPC, CPK, data processing tools, quality tools;

4. Understanding of the main optical device or optical module principle, fiber and grating coupling is preferred;

5. Have strong communication skills and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility;

6. Experience in dealing with field process problems is preferred;

7. Strong practical ability, strong understanding ability, careful work, patient, good at communication.
