The Impact You’ll Make:


The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting full recruitment cycle for technical and specialized roles across our Enterprise technology, data & analytical groups. This role is responsible for creating recruitment strategies, planning and execution of sourcing, pipelining, candidate experience, and other initiatives to ensure talent deliverables and hiring targets are met.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to talent sourcing and pipelining initiatives utilizing innovative techniques, job market trends, leveraging technology and industry networks
  • Develop, coach, and foster continuous engagement and development within your team of direct reports, and peers across Talent Acquisition
  • Contributes to the development of our Enterprise TA skills maturity through training development, workshop facilitation, assist in coaching and mentoring
  • Build scalable recruitment strategies to support various lines of business and job families
  • Leverage the power of data to level up our hiring operations by identifying enhancements and process improvements to candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Deliver actionable insights that will improve overall metrics and help inform strategic decisions, workforce planning and allocation of resources
  • Ensure the accuracy of weekly/quarterly reporting for each business unit, and present to senior management
  • Ensure our Employer Branding and Blue Culture Values are embedded into our Talent Strategy and programs, leading, and promoting a collaborative approach of engagement within the Talent Strategy center of excellence, Talent, HR, and the broader enterprise
  • Support planning and execution of networking events with community partners to promote the brand and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Providing advice and consultation to HR and Business Leaders on external labour and economic trends and its impact to the practice of talent attraction and acquisition.  (e.g. advising businesses on their response to labour shortages, championing the adoption of new technologies for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide thought leadership and collaborative partnership with Senior Human Resources Partners/Talent Business Partners to understand the current and future business demands, leveraging end-to-end processes and systems that weave together our talent attraction strategy including, attraction, recruitment, retention, social media, and developmental programs, as well as workforce planning activities. 
  • Added accountability of project work and stretch assignments

Does this sound like you:

  • 5-7 years of progressive recruitment and leadership experience
  • Proven experience within tech and/or specialized recruitment and technical sourcing
  • Clear accountability, evident in your strategic prioritization and deliberate approach to driving and achieving results
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging data-driven talent insights to inform decision making 
  • Experience building reporting tools, automation and managing performance metrics
  • Proven experience in building and executing scalable recruitment strategies 
  • Experience with driving a social media presence and recruitment campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a large, fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to create connections and gain trust 
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on verbal reasoning, and issue resolution
