Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will lead the effort and teams to enable the development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess security needs, managing compliance processes, and ensuring that risk-reducing behaviors are integrated into organizational practices. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance security measures and drive continuous improvement in security protocols, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on security practices. - Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity governance and administration tools. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience in risk assessment and management methodologies. - Familiarity with incident response and security monitoring practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
