We’re looking for a practical and people-focused Project Analyst – People to support a range of change and HR transformation initiatives across our APAC region. This role is hands-on, people-first, and pivotal to how we shape our organisation for the future.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the administration of projects through from start to finish—bringing together cross-functional teams, managing timelines and risks, and helping to ensure each project lands well with our people and delivers what we’ve promised.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the People workstream of our APAC organisational transformation, helping shape and implement our global footprint strategy and new operating model

• Help to build plans, manage budgets, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure we hit our goals without losing sight of the people impact

• Bring together remote teams, align with colleagues in emerging markets, and support scalable onboarding and HR processes

• Play a part in designing and delivering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that foster a more inclusive workplace

• Monitor risks, manage supplier relationships, ensure operational readiness, and follow through with lessons learned to improve how we do things next time

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of project admin experience within HR or organizational change

• Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments

• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping delivery on course

• Great communication skills—you’ll need to keep people informed, engaged, and aligned

• Experience working across geographies and with distributed teams
