The difference you’ll make:

  • Developing client centric solutions that meet the needs of our growing Commercial and Corporate customer base
  • Assisting with the strategy, definition, development, and implementation of the product roadmap
  • Managing the commercialisation of products and services including processes, literature, and communications
  • Building close working relationships with key delivery partners and governance stakeholders including risk, technology, marketing
  • Analysing, interrogating and reporting on data to efficiently evaluate product performance and identify risks, issues, and opportunities

What you’ll bring:

These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience with product development and delivery in a banking environment
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering capabilities in digital channels
  • Experience of transaction banking, online banking, customer channels or core platforms

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Previous experience in a product management position
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills combined with effective prioritisation, influencing and risk management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in domestic and international payments and balances and transaction reporting

What else you need to know:

This 12-month fixed-term contract can be based in London, Milton Keynes or Glasgow. There would potentially be an opportunity for this role to become permanent.

We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

If you apply for this role, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.

We’re happy to discuss specific working patterns and arrangement within this hybrid approach during the recruitment process.

If you’re interested in this role but with part time hours or a job-share we would still love to hear from you and discuss these.
