Position Overview: The Senior Analyst, Payroll Operations, will play a key role in managing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing insightful analysis of payroll data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Demonstrate strong working knowledge in handling payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific statutory requirements and ensure all payroll practices are compliant with these regulations.
  • Report Validation: Validate various payroll reports, conduct thorough analyses of variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operations.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer queries related to payroll, providing clear and effective solutions to enhance employee satisfaction.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Educational Background: Graduate in B.Com or any degree with an accounting background, with a minimum of 60% and above aggregate scores.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of total experience in ANZ or Asia Payroll

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Payroll Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of payroll processes, including compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze payroll data, identify variances, and provide detailed reports.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and respond to queries.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and work within various teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
