In this position, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of end-to-end strategies for temperature-controlled transports (2-8°C, -20°C, -80°C, CRT), tailored to product-specific regulatory requirements
You select, qualify and validate temperature-controlled packaging, monitoring and transport solutions, taking into account all requirements and costs
In addition, you will design differentiated logistics concepts for regulated and non-regulated products to ensure an optimal balance between quality assurance and cost efficiency
Plan, execute and document validations of temperature-controlled transport systems
Carrying out risk analyses for transport routes as well as thermal tests to ensure compliance with product-specific stability requirements
Furthermore, you will implement temperature monitoring and real-time tracking systems
Perform data analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
Ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP and other regulations where applicable
You are responsible for providing technical training to logistics partners on the handling and monitoring of the cold chain
Your contribution to business continuity and emergency concepts for temperature-sensitive shipments rounds off your range of tasks
What will convince us
Academic degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering, or related field
Experience in temperature-controlled logistics, preferably in the biopharma or healthcare sector
Proven track record in validation and qualification of cold chain packaging, storage, transportation, and temperature monitoring systems
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (GDP, GxP, IATA, WHO TRS)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial), German preferred
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
Detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility and compliance mindset
Ability to travel as needed
