Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Application Maintenance and Production Support Engineer (L3) to support and maintain the Client Entitlement Workflow (CEW) and Payment Data Repository (PDR) applications within the PRO domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot, Unix/Linux environments, and Oracle Databases, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support application stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 application maintenance and production support for CEW & PDR systems.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to deploy fixes and enhancements.
Monitor application performance and logs; proactively identify potential issues.
Support deployment and configuration of application components in production and lower environments.
Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
Support database operations, including PL/SQL procedures, views, and indexes for performance optimization.
Document processes, known issues, and standard operating procedures for the support team.
