Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that objectives are met within the defined scope and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program or project to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in planning, executing, and closing projects while managing scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Ability to utilize project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication to ensure clear understanding of project goals and status.
- Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables within agreed timelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
