About the Role

Responsible for handling customer inquires via telephone, email, or online platform

  • Build and provide timely response to customers in areas of product information, outpatient / inpatient services, claims, premium payment and policy termination
  • Build and process customer instructions / request
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint
  • May get in touch with customers whose policies have lapsed in an attempt to retain them
  • Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
