This critical role in the Global Business Unit (GBU) of Workstations Product Management organization serves as focal point to formulate and drive strategies that integrate product, supply and demand knowledge into Transition Management and mitigation plans for NPI and sustaining products.

Leading with ambition, this agile leader will be responsible to crystalize strategies into action by aligning with leaders across the organization, driving our execution plan, mapping the scenarios, and establishing an operational and communication cadence at all levels of the organization. Customer experience, operational excellence and cross-organizational agility are your towering strengths.

As a high-energy and resourceful leader, you build a strong network inside and outside the organization as you work in close partnership with key leaders in our product management, engineering, commercial organization, supply chain, and alliances teams – keeping close watch on the supply & demand fluctuation of key commodities, gen-over-gen costs, supplier timelines, and solutions that meet our customer needs. This role will also give you the opportunity to take your creative and storytelling talents to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the workstations transition management, from analysis, scenario planning to the interlock process, across the various teams and ensure alignment with engineering, commercial org. product and business management, supply chain, procurement, and alliance leaders.
  • Develop and maintain proactive mitigation plans on key commodities across Z Mobile Workstations portfolios for future and current platforms with 6-month operational view and recommended scenarios. Turn these mitigation plans into engaging transition guidance that you will create in collaboration with our cross-functional team.
  • Establish operational view and communication cadence at all levels of the organization as well as facilitate strategy and choice-point decisions with various leaders.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to establish execution plan that includes solution recommendation, R&D efforts, costs, NPI/global readiness, and time-to-market schedules.
  • Hands-on development of transition & key commodity playbooks that you will design and keep alive to:

(1) provide sales and market teams with clear communication of strategy, plan of action and demand steering guidance.

(2) manage expectations of current efforts, readiness.

(3) provide key resources to sales and markets to drive customer acceptance and adoption.

Required Education & Experience

  • BA or BS in marketing or technology field; post-graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years product marketing, program management or operational experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of product lifecycle planning, development and Go-to-market processes, and the interdependent steps required to drive change.
  • Proven record of leading with ambition and ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic leader with can-do attitude with ability to build, influence and manage cross-functional core teams
  • Excellent written/oral/visual communications and analytical skills with ability to interact with all levels of the company.
  • Energetic and organized facilitator with experience leading virtual workshops and collaboration
  • Ability to distil complex concepts into summarized points for executive consumption, direction, or decision-making
  • Proficiency in storytelling and turning complex data and concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals. Expertise in PowerPoint and design a plus
  • Strong influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.

The base pay range for this role is $135,800 to $196,880 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
