Who we’re looking for: As the EMEA Social Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for managing and evolving the regional social editorial content calendar and planning across multiple audiences and solution areas within the EMEA region. This role involves comprehensive calendar development, content creation, and operational coordination to ensure quality, alignment, and execution across diverse markets. Operating in a complex, matrixed B2B tech environment, this position demands strong ownership, exceptional stakeholder management, and a proactive ability to drive continuous improvements in ways of working.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain consolidated EMEA editorial calendars, strategically planning content across priority audiences and solution areas.
  • Integrate global content and regional priorities into structured EMEA content plans.
  • Curate and filter global content streams to ensure suitability and relevance for social media platforms.
  • Monitor calendar execution diligently, ensuring content is scheduled and delivered on time across all markets.
  • Keep precise track of all local content activities across various local markets within EMEA.
  • Ensure full compliance with social standards, maintain messaging consistency, and prepare content for efficient localization.
  • Ideate creative B2B tech-focused and developer social content, including messaging frameworks, visual direction, and copy, based on social media best practices, brand guidelines, and current social trends.
  • Provide consultative support to stakeholders and local community managers on best practices for content quality and adaptation.
  • Review global campaign materials and provide strategic recommendations for EMEA adaptation and localization.
  • Identify content gaps and proactively propose improvements, new formats, or process enhancements.
  • Brief creative teams effectively and support content creation workflows.
  • Consult local community managers on content adaptation and ideas for all regional and flagship events.
  • Partner with Listening & Performance teams to incorporate valuable insights into content planning.
  • Coordinate localization briefs, feedback loops, and workflows, ensuring accurate localized asset delivery.
  • Act as a key liaison between global teams and regional social stakeholders, fostering strong communication.
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of local community managers across the EMEA region.
  • Ensure the meticulous implementation of tagging strategy for accurate tracking and comprehensive performance analysis.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across all markets within EMEA.
  • Attend and lead biweekly client meetings and manage follow-ups with various stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a social content marketing coordination or similar role, preferably within a B2B tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and evolve regional social editorial content calendars.
  • Experience with content creation, including developing messaging frameworks, visual direction, and copy tailored for social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, brand guidelines, and current social trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for content scheduling, delivery, and compliance.
  • Experience with content localization processes and requirements.
  • Ability to identify content gaps and propose creative solutions or process improvements.
  • Proficiency in tracking content activities and ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for liaising with diverse internal and external teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and driving continuous improvements in workflows.
