Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates job postings and advertisements across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of talented and qualified candidates.
Conducts initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and alignment with job requirements.
Organizes interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience and an efficient hiring process.
Manages communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing inquiries.
Assists in the preparation of offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment documentation to assist the primary hiring manager.
Maintains diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition, ensuring equal opportunity and fair selection processes.
Handles recruitment events and participates in career fairs to promote organization as an employer of choice.
Monitors industry trends and emerging recruitment practices, suggesting improvements and innovative approaches for advancement of company capabilities and competencies.
Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing applicant tracking systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior Relevant Work Experience
2-5 years
Essential Qualifications
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS) preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
