Responsibilities of the role

  • Initiative tracking along with collating of Assets/Wins/Asks aligned by AE and share with Site
  • Site level sufficiency - Quarter on quarter plan for each region - Execution BBs tracking & follow up.
  • SDO Scorecard - data extraction & collation - focus SKUs in a month, priority tracking from SAGE
  • Tracking progress on aligned BBs for the quarter X region & Gap identification & sharing with site team
  • Inventory Tracking for Top SKUs across Distributors & DOH tracking.
  • Account level - data collation for all sites & highlighting outages & following up for reporting & following up for non-compliant pricing.

  • Procurement & Data formatting on selected aligned data sets required monthly from category e.g. Nielsen shares.
  • Manage Brand Counsellors – Ensuring right recruitment, agency management, training, priority setting, training, target setting and tracking/ incentive management.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Graduate
  • Prior experience in Modern Retail accounts (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
