The Role
Due to DXC’s ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle SOA Integration Consultant to join our Applications practice in Adelaide. You will work as part of a dynamic team implementing, supporting and maintaining  both on-premises and Cloud versions of the Oracle SOA Suite Integration Platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of overall experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting integration applications
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g/12c involving complex integration scenarios
  • Experience with Oracle SOA, BPEL Integration / EAI technologies, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle ESS, Oracle MFT and API Management
  • Experience in implementing error handling, rollback and notification features in the integration solutions
  • Experience in the deployment process including creation of Maven builds, ANT scripts, WLST and Shell scripts
  • Experience in the use of SVN for version and source control and Jenkins for continuous integration
  • Experience in estimating effort to design, build, deploy and test based on integration patterns and complexity
  • Experience in administering WebLogic Server
  • Experience in OIC/OCI for development integration with other Cloud and On-Premise applications is highly desirable
  • Experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform for developing integrations is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of Java/J2EE concepts
  • Good understanding of messaging standards such as SOAP, REST, WS-*, JSON and XML
  • Knowledge of database technologies involving the use of SQL, Procedures, Triggers, DB Links with reference to the integration requirements
  • Assist and support production teams with user reported issues and escalated issues
  • Must be able work in a team environment and learn off other team members
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines/SLA’s
