Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives by applying suitable project management frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively control project scope and mitigate risks. Throughout the day, the Technology Delivery Lead ensures that service quality and cost efficiency are maintained to drive profitability and sustain ongoing success. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support business growth and client satisfaction, while coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology delivery activities to meet project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities to guide teams and influence decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
