Job Title: Senior Technical Manager – API & Integration Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead our API and Integration team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, and other modern integration platforms. You will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable integration solutions while managing a small to mid-size team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration engineers and developers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
• Technical Strategy & Execution
  • Define and drive the API and integration strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, and other tools.
  • Ensure best practices in API lifecycle management, including design, security, monitoring, and governance.
• Project Delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Infrastructure to deliver high-impact integration projects.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the technical point of contact for integration-related initiatives.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Platform and APIs
• Strong experience with Informatica, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL/ELT tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in integration solutions.
