Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve efficiency. - Define parts of an organization to enhance its performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Identify and address issues or bottlenecks in business processes. - Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in implementing process improvements and change initiatives. - Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Change Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduate degree or equivalent is required. An MBA/PGDM is preferred.
