Summary:
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop, execute, and manage environmental sustainability requirements, strategies, operations, and quality assurance of Environmental, Social, and Governance Impact Spend programs that provide member value and accelerate positive outcomes. You will use your passion for and experience with environmental sustainability in healthcare to offer assistance in creating and following roadmaps to success in this area. You will serve as the key contact for providers, manage the ongoing business relationships and drive member engagement through hosting member calls and in-person meetings, presenting to all levels in support of environmental sustainability initiatives and acting as a subject matter expert. You will also promote internal and/or external program optimization to deliver member value.
Responsibilities:
Deliver program metrics, management insights and actionable solutions to providers to accelerate environmental sustainability performance improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of environmental sustainability needs, translating those into succinct, high-level program visions and execute.
Manage assigned key program primary structure, business requirements, processes, procedures and launch to accomplish objectives.
Identify provider targets for new business via outreach; research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and new capabilities.
Partner with management and key stakeholders to gather member feedback, track and interpret data, contracting decisions, best practices and provide direction for assigned program strategies.
Establish and monitor assigned program success metrics, deliverables, and goal achievement (e.g., financial incentives, participation, benchmarking and action planning).
Serve as an operational liaison to field questions from internal and external stakeholders for sales opportunities, enhancements, support and communicating assigned program value and impacts.
Interpret data to identify potential business opportunities and make recommendations to product leaders.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience working in environmental sustainability in a large healthcare provider environment highly preferred.
Certification in environmental sustainability or related field highly preferred.
Project management skills with ability to manage through influencing preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $127,600.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
