The Role
Strategic Advisors Technology (SAT) is seeking a Systems Analyst to play a vital role in one of Fidelity's critical strategic programs. In this role you will partner with Fidelity business stakeholders to understand their key business drivers and business requirements. This is not just about gathering requirements; it's about understanding the why behind them. You will then work with your Development Team and technology counterparts to translate these into user stories and deliver high quality, innovative and timely solutions.
This role requires a dedicated, curious, and passionate Systems Analyst who brings strong skills in the following areas:
Education and Experience
At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and at least Two (2) years experience as a Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst on the team, you work in partnership with the Strategic Advisors business stakeholders, team members, your Product Manager and Product Area Leader to understand the product vision and challenges. From there, you’ll work with your technology counterparts to deliver innovative, cost effective, architecturally aligned, and timely solutions. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and Agile leadership principles, you sustain and evolve our innovative agile culture.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
