Job Description:

The Client Training Specialist will work to provide clients with a superior experience throughout the process of re-engagement and improvement of software utilization. Working closely with the Senior Client Support Specialist and CRM Consultants to identify existing clients who are failing to fully realize the value of CRM, the Client Training Specialist will develop an effective engagement strategy and work closely with clients as they re-engage and attempt to maximize their value on CRM. Ultimately the position focuses on ensuring that clients achieve all their desired value deliverables from CoreLogic.

This position has no direct reports.

Critical Job Duties:

  • Identify existing clients who are not achieving CRM value
  • Develop and execute a re-engagement strategy that assist clients in improving their usage of CRM
  • Improve the average CRM engagement score to over 500
  • Ensures clients find the value in our software and provides exceptional service to clients over the phone, thought email and in person to help clients improve performance, accountability and results
  • Manages, coordinates and oversees all aspects of the re-engagement strategy by continuously motivating clients to complete training, adopt best practices and pursue the value that they purchased
  • Provides clients with information and materials, status reports, updates and other information in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate expertise in the knowledge of CoreLogic Protect products and Restoration industry practices when called upon as a subject matter expert
  • Contribute to special projects as required
  • Review CRM Audit performance of clients beyond their re-engagement
  • Ongoing client relationship development and client support
  • Aid Help Desk Representatives as required

Job Qualifications:

Specific Qualifications

  • Degree in related field or experience/training equivalent
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Sales and marketing experience a plus
  • Preference given to those with experience in the Restoration or Property Insurance Claims industry
  • Expertise and comfort in presenting to both small and large groups on the phone, over the web and in person
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and general technical aptitude
  • Excellent organization, planning and project management capabilities
  • Ability to analyze a complex work problem, identify the resources necessary to resolve, and drive the resolution to completion
  • Attention to detail and timeliness, with ability to manage multiple appointments scheduled throughout the day
  • Ability to be self-directed and prioritize workload independently
