As the RevOps Lead at TLDR, you will own the analytics, processes, and training for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, surface insights, design processes, manage automation, and improve efficiency across the revenue team.

About the Role

  • Analyzing pipeline data, surfacing insights, creating detailed bottoms up forecasts

  • Building automated workflows, reports, and dashboards  in Hubspot 

  • Automating repetitive, manual tasks to make our sales and marketing teams more efficient

  • Proactively identifying and solving for potential gaps within our marketing and sales processes

  • Documenting and streamlining manual processes for our operations team

  • Basic sales enablement, providing our sales team with the tools and resources they need to sell more effectively

About You

  • 3+ years of RevOps and/or Sales Enablement experience in the media industry

  • Are experience working with Hubspot (CRM, marketing automation, workflows, dashboards)

  • Have exceptional analytical and written communication skills

  • Can operate in a highly ambiguous, high-urgency environment,

  • Ideally you have experience building out routing and campaigns with a meeting scheduler (we use RevenueHero)

  • Love working with sales enablement tools (ie. Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
