The Legal Group Manager (Regulatory) is a senior management-level position within the Legal Department that is responsible for managing a team and serving as a key strategic partner to senior business stakeholders and functional partners in matters of Regulations. The overall objective of this role is to set the strategy for and manage a team providing day-to-day legal advice and guidance on Regulation areas to all Citi Businesses and Functions.
This role leads a team of lawyers providing guidance, support, and legal advice on Regulations to Citi's businesses and functions and has a significant degree of responsibility and authority. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive attorney with thorough understanding of Regulations, combined with a solid conceptual / practical grounding in the laws and regulations for the geographies in which we operate. This role also requires impactful management responsibilities, including talent management, budgeting (including headcount and financial), and strategic planning for the team. This role has authority to negotiate and make independent decisions on issues / activities that have impact or influence on the function.

$186,640.00 - $279,960.00
